We were at the Dubai Airshow - some pictures. the stunts pulled off by those pilots - Phenomenall.. all of us had a hairraiing time.

Diwali Celebarations.

We celebrated Diwali with old friends Aditya and Satya, some of their friends were there too. Defied the ban on fireworks and had a splendid display in the open neighbourhood. Food was yum too, complete with different kind of sweets

We spent some at Marina Walk in New Dubai, just hung aroudn a bit. Swati and her mother Sumati - our neighbours were there wiht us.

This is one of our numerous visit sto the beach, what a welcome relief. form the heat and the humidity. we do spent a lot of time there.

Our first home.

This was how we started. We moved into the first buidling we found. you can see how bare things were. we spent the first few days on the floor. Decided to go about ti slowly, getting only what we want.

Where have we been ???

For all of you who though where have these guys been - here is the answer and well we are alive and kicking here in Dubai. I have been here almost three years now. Simi and the kids followed 15 months later. No we can say we have gelled into the melting pot which is Dubai.

The kids have joined school David jumped three grades and ended up in Grade 1 before he knew what was happneding he is in grade 2, foudn it tough intitally but now doing wonderfully well for himself, a non nosnsese kids well liked with a smile that can charm any one.

Joshua is the responsible one, the sensisitve helper whoc visualises things and is admired for his traits. now in KG 2

Mermaid spends her time on top of the tower. we live on the topmost floor of a 17th floored building. A very effecicent home maker and her three kids keeps her hands full.
